In this workshop you will learn about:

• Different types of intimacy
• The four horses of the apocalypse
• Tantra basics
• Tantric ritual for deeper connection

What to bring with you on the day for a more comfortable experience.

• A cushion/pillow
• A blanket/throw/rug
• A journal/notepad and pen
• Water bottle

*We would also suggest that you dress in comfortable casual layered clothing.

**Also if you have any issues with sitting on a yoga mat and cusion please mention to orginisers prior to event.
